I value the therapeutic process as a way to gain insight into your more vulnerable parts of self, expand your perspective, nurture your wounded parts, and ultimately move towards self-acceptance and a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I use a strengths-based, integrative approach, tailored to the client. I am trained in Relational Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt and Family Systems therapy, and select tools from these modalities, based on each client’s particular needs. My goal is always to meet you with curiosity, acceptance, flexibility, and creativity.
It is a true privilege to be a part of each client’s journey towards overcoming significant blocks, and moving into a more expansive and fulfilling expression of self.
