I value the therapeutic process as a way to gain insight into your more vulnerable parts of self, expand your perspective, nurture your wounded parts, and ultimately move towards self-acceptance and a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I use a strengths-based, integrative approach, tailored to the client, utilizing tools from the following approaches: EMDR, Relational Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Family Systems therapy. My goal is always to meet you with curiosity, acceptance, flexibility, and creativity.
It is a true privilege to be a part of each client’s journey towards overcoming significant blocks, and moving into a more expansive and fulfilling expression of self.
